📻 Proposal for Reviving Campus Radio Station

1. Mission Statement
To empower student voices, promote media literacy, and provide a practical platform for
training in broadcast journalism by reviving the Campus Radio Station as a vibrant, student-
run media hub.
2. Vision Statement
To establish the Campus Radio Station as the leading student media outlet in KP, fostering
dialogue, creativity, and community engagement across the university and beyond.

The department has existing infrastructure which is currently non-
functional and underutilized.
Students lack a real-time, live broadcast medium to test their
theoretical knowledge.
Campus radio can enhance the university's image as a progressive,
media-forward institution.
Revival of the station aligns with HEC’s emphasis on practical
education and skill development.
