Application Description

At the time of the application, the evaluators will be presented with some closed statements.

Which ones will have to respond by indicating the option that best matches their feelings towards the

organization. Likewise, an example will be provided to ensure that the evaluated have

understood the instructions.

Description of the Grading Standards

The final score will be obtained by adding the scores achieved in the response to each item.

The scores are assigned as follows

1= Totally disagree

2 = Moderately disagree

3 = Weakly disagree

4= Neither agree nor disagree

5= Weakly agree

6 = Moderately agree

7= Totally agree

There are items whose scores need to be reversed, these are: 1, 3, 10, 14, 15, and 18.
