Reference to the meeting, site visit and subsequent discussions, We are submitting herewith our best offer for
the above work as following.

Business terms and conditions
· The time limit for completion of this work shall as mentioned above, depends upon the timely decisions and
availability of required material on site from your side. The period mentioned above may vary due the natural
calamities such as monsoon etc.
· Machinery & labour idling charges are applicable at actual.
· Rates quotated above are valid upto 30 days.
· Pipes or any other material if supplied by your side the cost of material shall be recovered from the running
bills at the basic price
· Responsibility of Land acquisition for laying the pipeline & other activities will remain with owner.
· All statutory fees of government departments or regulatory agencies such as Gram Panchayat, Tahshildar,
Irrigation, PWD etc shall be paid by you directly.
· Nalla and Road crossing structures for pipe line will be extra as per actual.
· In case of the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation or curtailment of the said project or our scope of
work, we shall be fully compensated for the work done as per the terms and scope of the contract. All partially
completed work will be completed by us and submitted to you for which payment shall be made to us as per the
terms of the contract.
· Inordinate delays in payment against our invoices may lead to temporary suspension of work till the payments
are released. We shall then, not be responsible for delays in submittals.
· You shall furnish us valid certificates for taxes deducted at source (TDS), if any, within 15 days of the
deduction.
· In case of extension of the time period beyond the stipulated tenure of the contract, we shall be at liberty to
review and modify our fees and payment terms which shall be duly considered by you.
Payment Schedule
· Payment schedule will be discussed across the table. However 30 % payment should be made in advance
alongwith the work order, further payment weekly according to the progress of work within eight days from the
date of submission of our bill, final payment within fifteen days from the date of submission of bill.
· Bills for the supply items of material shall be paid 100% immediately against proforma invoice.
· There shall not be any retention in the R.A. Bills against the work done.
· 10 % amount of the bill amount shall deducted in each R. A. Bill against advance paid .
· Bills shall be prepared on the basis of actual quantity executed on site.
