How to complete your Time sheet (AWP Marine System)

This is a walkthrough of “How to upload your timesheet” to the system. First of all, you will have to log in at
[Link]. If you do not have a user name and password contact admin (admin@[Link]).

Step One
Once you have logged in, you will need to click on to the “Inspections” tab. This will then take you to a screen
with two options on it “Jobs” and “Report Reviews”.

Select the “Jobs” button. This will then bring up all your past and present inspections.
Each vessel will have three options to choose from they are “Details”, “Expenses” and “Time sheet”. The
details section has important contact information on it, as well as details regarding the Port, type of inspection,
cargo, ETA and so on so forth. The “Expenses” section is for you to input how much money was spent during
you’re your job, including flights, taxis, and meals etc. (this section will be covered in a separate document).
Click on “Time Sheet” to bring up the time sheet entry page.

Key Times

There are 4 sections that need to be filled out here, “Departed Home” “Returned Home”
“Observation Completed” “Report Sent to Client” When you click on these boxes a “Set Date &
Time” box will appear. Input the dates required by clicking the + and – marked in red and hit “Set”
When you have filled out all 4 boxes with dates and time “Save Key Times”

Next further down the page you will see “Time On-Board Vessel” Again you will have 4 options. All 4
options have been marked in red below allocated to each box it is linked to.

When you click on these boxes a “Set Date & Time” box will appear. Input the dates required by
clicking the + and – marked in red and hit “Set”
If you had any “Down Time” e.g. lunch Break you can add it to this section marked red. Hours and
Minutes have been added with a drop down system to selects from. If you had no down time leave
this blank.
When you have selected your down time hours/Minuets there is a “Reason for Down Time” section.
Add your reason for your down time here by clicking on the box and typing, for example Lunch
Break. Once you have added your reason click “save” which I have marked in red. If you have no
down time leave this blank.

In this next section you will find a “Time Log” . You will need to “select a type”. You will have 4 types
to choose from here. “Travel” “Inspection” “Report” “Misc” When you have selected your type you
will then need to add your description.

For example, here I have selected “Travel” and from “Description” I have imputed “Travel (Home ->
Hotel)”

Next you will have to input you’re time and dates “From” and “To” location. When you click the
“From” box a “Set Date & Time” box will appear. For example here I have selected 23/04/2015 at
09:00. Once you have put your times in click “Set”. This will then add your times.
When you have created this another section will appear. Again select “Type” and choose of the 4
options. For example.

Once you have added all your times “Travel” “Inspection” “Report” “Misc” and you have completed

Click completed time sheet when you have finished.
