Time Task

5:00 AM
• Wake up, freshen up
• Read 10 pages of Bhagavad Gita (quiet, focused)
• Drink 500 ml warm water + lemon + pink salt

5:20–5:55 AM
• Fasted HIIT workout (Day-wise plan, 30–35 min)
• Drink 300 ml water post-workout

6:00–6:10 AM
• Cool down + light stretching

6:10–6:25 AM
• Quick shower + change into uniform
