1. Description of Rebar Couplers
We manufacture high quality Rebar Couplers which can be used in coupling the

5. Raw Material
The Mild Steel (EN 8) hot rolled round bars in various size are used to manufacturing the rebar
couplers and its properties as mentioned below

6. Inward Inspection
All the received materials are inspected Dimension, Identification, Qty and color coding etc. 3.1
Material Test Certificates are reviewed against the Heat No. of the raw material such as Chemical
properties, Mechanical properties when required test samples are cut from the raw materials and
sent to Accredited laboratories and tested chemical properties.
7. Cutting:
Accepted raw materials are cut in the circular saw machine with the machining stock by using
automatic cutting machine.
8. Machining
After cutting of raw material the coupler is machined in CNC Tuning centre. Ref below picture for the

9. In process Inspection
During machining operation couplers are Inspected randomly for following parameters Visual,
Length, Diameter, Thread. if any Non conformity found in the coupler during inspection and lots
are segregated physically and take the appropriate corrective action.

10. Marking
All the couplers are marked by Mechanical engraving or Laser marking as per the customer
requirements.
Each reinforcement coupler are indelibly and clearly marked indicating the class designation and
nominal size and grade of reinforcing bar for which it is intended. The manufacturer or supplier shall
mark the reinforcement coupler in such a way that all finished reinforcement couplers can be traced

to the original cast from which they were made along with the date of manufacture. We are given to
our purchaser for tracing the reinforcement couplers to the cast from which they were made. Each
coupler are identifiable by marks/ brands which indicate the name of the our brand name.
