This Amendment & Correction is made for the sole purpose of clarifying and completing the
public record of the Global Enforcement Binder (Volumes 1 and 2) published on - Date of
Publication: July 28, 2025
During the original Global Enforcement Binder full document scanning process of the original
documents for public record publication, several pages did not scan properly, and one page was
inadvertently left unsigned in the scanned copy. The original hard copies remain fully executed,
intact, and properly recorded.
This Amendment corrects those scanning and publication deficiencies by appending properly
scanned and signed copies of the affected pages. No substantive changes to the original
documents have been made.

The following lien notices contained improperly scanned jurat and tortfeasor pages in the
original Global Enforcement Binder full document publication.
Corrected pages for the following documents are appended herein and replace the
corresponding original document pages:

✅ The corrected 5-page Jurat & Tortfeasor section applies identically to each of the above-listed
lien notice documents.
🔷 AETERNA TYERS Familia God Trust Declaration – Signed Page
The Declaration of Trust for the AETERNA TYERS Familia God Trust appearing at Page 470 in
the original Global Enforcement Binder document publication was inadvertently presented
unsigned.
✅ The fully signed and executed page is appended herein and shall replace Page 470 in the
public record publication.
Conclusion:
This Amendment & Correction is hereby entered into the public record as part of the original
Global Enforcement Binder to clarify and correct the record. The undersigned affirms under
penalty of perjury that the original hard copies remain properly executed, unrebutted, and
perfected in public record.
