menu for your selection.

( after a couple of seconds) ‘

G; yes

W: Can I take your order ma’am?

G: Yes, Can I have a Crab Bisque and Cesar Salad. And a


Braised Salmon and Ribeye steak for my main dish.

W: How would you like your steak Ma’am. Rare, medium


rare or well done?

G: I would like it in a medium rare.

W: Okay Ma’am. How about for your dessert Ma’am?


Would you like to try our best seller Molten Chocolate
Lava Cake?
G: I would love to try it.

W; How about wine Ma’am? Our house wine pairs really


well with your order which is a Ribeye steak, would you
like a glass with your meal?

G; ok

W; Okay Ma’am can I repeat your orders?

G: Go ahead.

W: Thank you ma’am! For starters you will have a Crab


Bisque. You also ordered a Cesar Salad. For fish you
ordered braised salmon. And a Ribeye steak for the main
dish. For dessert you’ll have a Molten chocolate lava
cake, and lastly you add a glass of red wine that gets well
with your Ribeye steak. Is the order correct?

W: Thank you ma’am! Can I get the menu, please?


W: excuse me Ma’am, would you like some water? (If yes
pour water on the water goblet)

W: Can I lay the table napkin on your lap?

G: No, I can handle it (while smiling)

Would you like to smell the cork? Or would you like a
