I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 3:09 PM by Dr. Angelito T. Bautista, School Principal II. A prayer was
led by Mr. Leonel Bulosan, Teacher III and Mahaly A. Calivoso was tasked to take the minutes of the
meeting.

II. ROLL CALL


A roll call was conducted by the presiding officer. Present during the meeting were faculty and school staff.
