The arrest was made following a reliable tip-off regarding illegal drug selling activities at
123 Barangay Mabuhay. A buy-bust operation was conducted, with PO1 Santos acting as
the poseur buyer. At approximately 8:45 AM, the suspect Juan Dela Cruz sold 5 sachets
of suspected shabu in exchange for PHP 10,000 marked money. He was immediately
arrested at the scene after the transaction.
