2022-23 DHSWB Notice

NOTICE

After completion of last round of mop-up counseling for JENPAS-UG, 2022, it is observed

that many of the seats in the [Link] Nursing courses are still ying vacant to a sizable number.

As a consequence, it is to notify that for taking admission into the [Link] Nursing course for
the academic year 2022-2023, in furtherance with this office earlier Memo No. [Link]/3M-37-2020/

1178, Kolkata, 07/09 /2022, decentralized college level admission may take place to fill up the vacant
seats to the extent of 25% of the total number of seats for the same academic year following the

institutional entrance examination and counseling as per the guidelines of the lIndian Nursing Council
among the eligible [Link] guidelines of the INC, i.r.o. admission to the [Link] Nursing course is:

"The minimum qualifying criteria of entrance test to admission to [Link] Nursing is as under:
General: 50th percentile

SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile


General-PWD : 45 th percentile

SC/ST/OBC-PWD:40 th percentile"

The provision of reservation as applicable in the state for the time being enforce shall be
applicable mutatis-mutandis.

The individual colleges will check the eligibility and will ensure from the result of the entrance
test of the candidates that whether the candidate is eligible for admission as per INC criteria.

No candidates from outside states will be allowed to undergo the training in this state.

This will be applicable only for the academic session 2022-2023
