We are looking for a talented Level Designer to craft engaging, immersive, and technically
polished environments for our upcoming AAA multiplayer titles. If you’re experienced in
Unreal Engine and have a deep understanding of level design principles for large-scale
game worlds,
Responsibilities:
● Design and develop compelling game environments that enhance gameplay,
narrative, and player immersion.
● Work directly in Unreal Engine 5, utilizing its full suite of tools, including World
Partition, Nanite, Lumen, and Blueprint scripting.
● Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure levels are
visually stunning and mechanically sound.
● Iterate on level layouts, gameplay flow, and pacing, ensuring balance and player
engagement.
● Optimize performance across different platforms, maintaining technical constraints
while achieving high visual fidelity.
● Implement interactive elements, scripted events, and dynamic world-building using
Unreal Engine tools.
● Work with procedural generation tools and modular design workflows to streamline
world-building.
● Provide detailed documentation, whitebox prototypes, and visual references to
guide development.
Skills:
● 5+ years of professional experience in Level Design for AAA/AA games.
● Proficiency in Unreal Engine, including experience with Blueprint scripting, World
Partition, and terrain sculpting tools.

● Deep understanding of gameplay mechanics, combat spaces, and player navigation
in multiplayer environments.
● Ability to iterate quickly, gathering and implementing feedback from playtesting and
design reviews.
● Strong knowledge of level composition, pacing, and environmental storytelling.
● Experience working with gameplay metrics, collision optimization, and AI pathing.
● Ability to work in a collaborative, iterative environment alongside designers,
programmers, and artists.
● A strong portfolio showcasing level designs, whiteboxing, and final in-game
environments
Nice to Have:
● Experience with procedural world-building tools (Houdini, World Creator, SpeedTree).
● Understanding of scripting/programming languages (Python, C++, Blueprints).
● Knowledge of multiplayer design principles and how level design impacts online play.
● Familiarity with combat encounter design and AI behavior scripting.
● Background in cinematic-level scripting and real-time cutscenes
