Guest rooms are central to guest satisfaction. Good design ensures comfort, privacy, and
functionality.
Key Design Elements:
• Bed placement: Central location, space on both sides.
• Bathroom access: Convenient and private.
• Furniture: Wardrobe, work desk, TV cabinet, luggage rack.
• Amenities: Power sockets, lighting, Wi-Fi access, telephone.
• Ventilation & Lighting: Natural light, air conditioning, blackout curtains.
