● Recommend which platforms to prioritize (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) and
provide rationale.
● Propose monthly theme ideas aligned with relevant industry trends.
● Provide 3 sample post ideas, including:
○ Headlines + brief caption copy that showcase creativity and audience
understanding.
○ Engagement tactics such as polls, carousels, case studies, videos, or other
interactive formats.
2. Content Strategy
● Recommend content topics for:
○ Blogs & Articles (Positioning the brand as a thought leader).
○ Email & Messaging Campaigns (Effective messaging to nurture leads and drive
conversions).
○ Website Updates (Identify sections needing a content refresh or new pages to
enhance engagement).
● Identify opportunities to repurpose or optimize existing content assets (if applicable).
● Include a brief SEO strategy to enhance organic reach and discoverability.
3. Competitive Analysis
● Identify 3 key competitors in the relevant industry space.
● Provide a high-level content & social media comparison:
○ What they're doing well.
○ Gaps or missed opportunities your strategy could exploit.
● Benchmark against best practices and suggest how the brand can stand out.
4. Visual Thinking & Execution Samples
● Showcase design or multimedia ideas that can elevate brand appeal.
● Provide 1 sample post design (can be a rough sketch, Canva design, or descriptive
visual concept).
● Suggest video content ideas (both short-form and long-form formats: use cases,
testimonials, explainer videos, etc.).
