of lower quality/purity by the Bank including during its audit, inspection or otherwise, the Borrower(s) is aware that, without prejudice to
any other rights and remedies of thc Bank, the Borrower(s) shall be also liable to the consequences of misrepresentation.

In the event of fall in value of the Gold Sccurity below the required margin of the Bank as applicable from time to time due to market
Conditions or for any other reason, the Bank shall be entitled to seek payments or additional collateral to meet any shortfall in margins.
The Bank is entitled to debit account (s) maintained by you with the Bank for margins if the same is not paid within the period stipulated
by the Bank or invoke the pledgeecreated in its favour over the Gold Security and sellwhole of the Gold Security at its discretion (and at
your sole risk, cost and expense) if the margin in not maintained. Without prejudice to the rights and/or remedies of the Bank under law,
contraci or othewise, in case of any failure or default on your part to pay interest, principal or any other amount payable by you on the
applicable due date therefore, the Bank shall have the right to invoke the pledge created in its favour over the Gold Security and sell
fthe Gold Security at its discretion and at your sole risk, cost and expense. In case of failure to comply with the above, the Bank
may take al action(s) as detaledin the Declaration cum Terms and Conditions executed and delivered by you, including enforcement
of security and sale of the Gold Security through auction or otherwise in the manner more particularly detailed in the Declaration cum
Terms and Conditions. The sanction of the Loan by the Bank to you is and shall remain subject to the terms and conditions as set out
herein and in the Declaration cum Terms and Conditions.
