Brand introduction :

The Pastry Journal was started in 2019 by Chef Bhumika. It was started as a cloud kitchen and in
four years has now grown to have its very rst outlet in Oshiwara Andheri West.
It is not just a company, it is a journal by chef Bhumika. It consists of all her pastry experiments,
her ideas and her imagination which are all brought to you on a plate.
We make European style desserts which are focused on quality and are minimal in style and
presentation.
We delivery our products from Dahisar to Colaba. You can pre order from a vast menu or get
same day delivery from a limited best selling menu.
We hope you come visit us at our dessert cafe and try our latest collection of gelatos, a ogato
and beverages.

Hot Co ees :
1. Espresso : 30ml single shot of pure co ee
2. Doppio : 60 ml double shot of pure co ee.
3. Macchiato : Single shot espresso with milk foam
4. Cafe Bon Bon : single shot espresso with condensed milk.
5. Americano : single shot espresso with hot water.
6. Latte : Light co ee made with single shot espresso and lightly foamed milk.
7. Cappuccino : Strong co ee made with single shot espresso and well foamed milk.
8. Caramel Cappuccino : single shot espresso, well foamed milk and house made caramel to ee
lling. (Caramel lling is vegan)
9. Cafe Mocha : single shot espresso, well foamed milk and house made 54% Belgian chocolate
sauce. (Chocolate sauce is vegan)
10. Hazelnut Cappuccino : single shot espresso, well foamed milk and hazelnut syrup. (Hazelnut
syrup is vegan)

Iced Co ees

1. Iced Americano : double shot espresso with ice and water


2. Tropical Americano : double shot espresso with fresh tender coconut water and chia seeds
3. Sparkling Sunset : double shot espresso with fresh orange juice and club soda
4. Iced Cappuccino : double shot espresso blended with milk and ice
5. Iced Caramel : double shot espresso blended with milk, ice and to ee caramel lling.
6. Iced Mocha : double shot espresso blended milk, ice and chocolate sauce.
7. Vietnamese Iced Co ee : condensed milk, ice, water and espresso
8. Old School Iced Co ee : vanilla ice cream, milk, ice, espresso and instant co ee.

Iced Tea

1. Mixed Berry : iced black tea with imported raspberry and blackberry.
2. Passionfruit : iced black tea with imported passion fruit

Eggless -
1. Lemon Blueberry Tart : vanilla tart shell with blueberry compote, lemon custard, topped with
glazed lemon mousse and fresh blueberries.
2. Baked Raspberry Cheesecake : butter crumble base with baked cheesecake, raspberry coulis
and cheesecake ganache.
3. Chocolate Lover’s Tart : cocoa sable with chocolate ganache, chocolate caramel, chocolate
mousse and chocolate pearls. This tart is 54% dark.
4. Tiramisu : espresso soaked vanilla cake, dark chocolate and co ee ganache, mascarpone
whipped cream and mini macaron

With Egg :
1. Salted caramel eclair : Choux pastry with dark chocolate ganache, salted caramel lling
dipped in caramel glaze nished with gold leaf and caramel pearls.
2. Cherry Pistachio : Choux pastry lled with vanilla custard, sour cherry compote and pistachio
whipped cream.
3. Paris Brest : Choux pastry lled with hazelnut praline paste, chocolate whipped cream and
Nutella.

Gelatos :
Gelatos are di erent than ice creams in 3 ways
1. Gelatos are low fat. Gelatos have 7-9 % fat, ice creams have 25% fat.
2. Gelatos are soft and stretchy. Ice creams are sturdy and creamy.
3. Gelatos have lesser air pockets than ice cream.

A ogato :

1. Classic : vanilla gelato with single shot espresso. Also available in chocolate.
2. Tiramisu A ogato (contains egg) : lady nger biscuits with vanilla gelato, mascarpone cream,
cocoa powder and single shot of espresso
3. Signature Sundae : chocolate gelato, hazelnut gelato with brownie bits, cookie crumbs topped
with a chocolate disc which melts with a single shot of espresso.
