Basic Electronics Practcal EExam

1. By using Waveform diagrams , diferentate between DC circuit and AC circuits. (6 marks)


2. A circuit has two resistors, 4 ohms and 6 ohms, arranged in parallel. The source voltage is 10V.
i. Draw the circui described above (5 marks)
ii. Calculate the current across 4 ohms resistor (4 marks)

3. From the ohms law, the students did the eExperiment and obtained the results below.

Voltage 1.5 3.0 4.5 6.0 7.5

Current 0.075 0.150 0.225 0.300 0.375

i. Plot the graph of voltage against current. (5 marks)


ii. From the graph, calculate the resistance. (5 marks)
