5 Series
As 4 Series except:
Hold BACK on power up: reboot DSP
78B4: Make Program Card (512k card required)

DC1048 and Ti1048


Hold down the [OK] key on start-up:
Battery Fail (Leaves alignments and security): COM GPI, SYS, OK
Program flash device for test: UP, SYS, UP, SYS
Alignment: UP, SYS, DN, OK
Step to next channel: OK
Inc. parameter gain: UP
Dec. parameter gain: DN
Save current settings: SYS
Exit without saving: GPI

4 Series
Hold down the [MENU] key on start-up:
4B13: Battery Fail (Leaves Security and Alignments)
AB12: Generator+
A431: Alignment
ABBA: LED/Switch Test
341B: Clear Xover (Full Range)
1AB4: Make Program Card (512k card required)
2BB2: Make Program and Preset Card (512k)
3AB4: Make Preset Card (256k & 512k)
81D7: Load Jump Flash
2121: Security Access1

CAUTION!! Enabling the Alignment mode will output +18dB at 1kHz on


ALL outputs ! Do NOT remain connected to a PA system during this test!

5AB6: Make Program Card (256k & 512k)
2BB2: Make Program and Preset Card (256k & 512k)
3AB4: Make Preset Card (256k & 512k)
152A: Outputs 100Hz @ -40 (DP226 Only)

Alignment: A456 (INP A, LIM A, DEQ B, GATE B)
(Inject +18dB into B and align to lowest number,
then do A followed by all outputs, which will be driven from A)

Battery Fail: 6B13 (GATE B, INP B, DEQ A, COMP A)

Card Copying Procedures


Program Only: 5AB6 (DEQ B, INP A, INP B, LIM B) (256k & 512k)
Preset Only: 3AB4 (COMP A, INP A, INP B, LIM A) (256k & 512k)
Program and Preset: 2BB2 (GATE A, INP B, INP B, GATE A) (256k & 512k)
Preset Only from User Mems: 6663 (GATE B, GATE B, GATE B, C OMP A)

Set Option Code (Complete Access): AB12 (INP A, INP B, DEQ A, GATE A)
(Start with the ‘Next’ key and work around the unit in button order to open up full
TC’s etc. Note: ‘Enter’ key confirms and ‘Quit’ key quits.)
Next: 0000.0000.0000.0001 = Opens up all release time stops
Back: 0000.0000.0000.0010 = Turns on memories storing bypass status
Quit: 0000.0000.0000.0100 = Turns on memories storing user mode status

Security Set-up: 8713 (LIM B, COMP B, DEQ A, COMP A)


(Hold down [ENTER] and turn on to access Security set-up)
