AIESEC world café
The AIESEC World Café session was truly different from all other activities we’ve
experienced. It was energetic, entertaining, creative, and a fun-loving activity that
brought all students together. Through this event, we got the opportunity to interact
with various people and discuss relevant global issues. Being a part of the AIESEC
World Café allowed us to understand different cultures, connect with diverse
individuals, and hear unique perspectives about the world around us. This global
platform helped us not only develop meaningful conversations but also grow as
individuals by broadening our understanding of global leadership and cross-cultural
exchange.
Learning Through Cases
In the Learning Through Cases session, we worked individually on real-
life business scenarios, allowing us to apply our knowledge to practical
problems faced by companies. There was no right or wrong answer—
every perspective was valid. What truly mattered was how effectively one
could explain and justify their viewpoint. This activity not only
strengthened our analytical thinking but also gave us a deeper
understanding of how to apply classroom concepts to real-world
challenges.
Session on Universal human values under Mentorship Programme
Under the Mentorship Programme, we had insightful sessions on
Universal Human Values, focusing on topics like self-realization,
happiness, and peer pressure. Our mentor connected with us deeply by
relating each concept to our real-life experiences. These discussions gave
us clarity about our aspirations, achievements, and personal concerns, and
highlighted the difference between happiness and prosperity. Through
open conversations and listening to everyone’s perspectives, we were able
to reflect on our values and understand the importance of consistent effort
and inner fulfilment in our personal and professional lives.
Yoga for wellness
On 12th July 2025, we had a refreshing session on Yoga for Wellness,
which focused on bringing balance and calmness to our busy student
lives. The session included breathing exercises, Suryanamaskar, and
techniques to help us feel more relaxed and peaceful. The yoga trainer
guided us through each movement with care and creativity, making the
session both energizing and soothing. Practicing yoga with calming music
in the background made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a
much-needed break for our mind and body, promoting both wellness and
focus.
