 • Candidates are mandated to adhere strictly to the institute’s code of conduct, including maintaining decorum, punctuality, and
professionalism. Any breach of ethical or disciplinary standards may result in punitive action, including termination from the program.
• All personal and professional data submitted by candidates shall be safeguarded under stringent confidentiality protocols. The institute
retains the right to utilize such data exclusively for placement and training purposes, subject to applicable laws.
• Enrollment in the program does not constitute a guarantee of selection or placement. Candidates must satisfactorily complete a series of
rigorous evaluation rounds, which may include aptitude tests, skill assessments, and interviews. The institute reserves the right to
disqualify any candidate failing to meet the prescribed benchmarks.
• Adherence to the prescribed training schedule is compulsory. Absenteeism or non-compliance with program guidelines may result in
expulsion from the program without reimbursement. Training modules are tailored to industry standards, and candidates are expected to
demonstrate consistent engagement and progress.
• While the institute endeavors to provide exemplary placement assistance, securing employment is contingent upon the candidate’s
performance, interview outcomes, and market conditions. The institute disclaims liability for failure to secure employment.
• All payments rendered toward registration, training, or placement services are non-refundable and non-transferable. In exceptional cases,
where refunds are considered, they will be governed by the institute’s sole discretion and documented policies.
• Candidates bear sole responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of the information and documents provided during the enrollment
process. Falsification or misrepresentation of credentials will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all fees paid.
• Prospective candidates are obligated to remit a non-refundable fee at the point of registration, which encompasses preliminary profile
assessment, administrative processing, and documentation formalities. The registration fee is irrevocable and non-negotiable under any
circumstances.
• Fee payments must be completed in accordance with the stipulated deadlines. Non-compliance may lead to suspension of services or
exclusion from subsequent program phases. Late payments will incur penalties as determined by the institute’s financial policies.
• The institute shall not be held accountable for a candidate's inability to secure placement, which may result from lack of effort,
inadequate performance, or industry-specific factors beyond the institute’s control.
• All training materials, including manuals, videos, and online resources, remain the exclusive intellectual property of the institute.

• The institute reserves the unmitigated right to revise, amend, or supplement these terms and conditions at its discretion, with prior notice
to candidates.
• Any disputes arising from the enrollment process, training, or placement services shall be adjudicated under the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts in Calcutta.
• Candidates are required to disclose any existing employment or academic obligations that may conflict with program participation.
Failure to disclose such information may result in program dismissal.
• Candidates are expected to meet the health and fitness criteria prescribed by the aviation industry. The institute holds no responsibility
for disqualification arising from medical or physical inadequacies.
• The institute shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but
not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
• By signing this document, the candidate affirms their understanding and irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions, which
constitute a binding legal agreement between the candidate and the institute.
• Candidates shall not have the right to transfer their enrollment or associated services to any other individual. Any request for such a
transfer will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and shall only be approved at the discretion of the institute.
• Should a candidate decide not to engage in any scheduled training or placement activities after enrollment, no refund or compensation
will be provided under any circumstances. The institute holds the exclusive right to exclude candidates who fail to participate from
further stages of the program.
• The institute reserves the unequivocal authority to terminate the enrollment of any candidate at any juncture if their behavior or actions
are deemed detrimental to the integrity of the program or to the overall learning environment. In such cases, no refund of any fees or
services rendered shall be applicable.
• While the institute will provide reasonable placement assistance, candidates must acknowledge that no specific job roles, employers, or
positions can be assured. The availability of employment is contingent upon fluctuating market conditions, job opportunities, and
individual candidate performance, over which the institute has no control.
• In instances where the institute collaborates with third-party service providers, such as for interview coaching or resume development,
candidates are required to adhere to the terms and conditions imposed by the respective third parties. The institute shall bear no
responsibility for any disputes or issues arising from these third-party services.
• It is imperative that candidates maintain continuous communication with the institute via the designated channels. The institute disclaims
any liability for communication failures arising from incorrect or outdated contact details provided by the candidate.
• In cases where applicable, candidates are strongly advised to secure personal health insurance coverage for the duration of their training
and placement processes. The institute shall bear no responsibility for any medical expenses or incidents that may occur during the
program.
• Candidates are expressly prohibited from engaging in any form of public representation or social media activity related to the institute
without prior written consent. Any unauthorized actions in this regard may result in immediate disciplinary measures or termination from
the program.
