This course, taught by eminent scientists, will present the Scientific context of
Planetary exploration/missions, India's contributions to explore the Solar
System bodies, Indian Lunar exploration and Future.
The course imparts a glimpse of Space-borne Instrumentation, techniques for
Sample collection & data analysis, Planetary Geophysics, Terrestrial
Analogues, Volcanism, etc. A participant gets completel knowledge of the
planetary exploration, to learn ultimately the Science from the Moon & Future
at the Moon.
