Daily Routine (Monday to Saturday)

Wake up – 4:00 AM

• Freshen up, Banana , hydration (lukewarm water + lemon or 5 soaked almonds or Electral water)

Morning Physical Activity

5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
5 km Running (Moderate pace) ( After light stretching)

6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Rest & Light Breakfast

• Protein + carbs: e.g., oats + peanut butter + chia seeds OR boiled eggs + toast
• Optional: Black coffee (Before gym)

7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Gym Workout (Strength + Flexibility + Core)

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Post-workout shake: Whey protein + water or milk


• Followed by a solid breakfast: Paneer/tofu sandwich, sprouts, or protein oats
