Gowri Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as PIPL, is a
well-established company in the development, landscaping, and
construction industry, boasting over a decade of experience. Originally
focused on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, we
have earned a reputation for reliability, flexibility, and an impeccable track
record, successfully delivering projects from Jharkhand in Northern India
to Tamil Nadu in the South.
Headquartered in Hyderabad, the capital of India's newest state,
Telangana, Gowri Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is poised for a
promising future. We have now expanded our horizons to specialize in
independent development, encompassing construction, landscaping, real
estate, infrastructure development, and project management.

➢ Township Construction in Jodha, Odisha: Developed a comprehensive township,
including a corporate office and residential colony, on a turnkey basis.
➢ Luxury Villas in Hyderabad, Telangana: Completed the construction of 100 luxury
villas on a turnkey basis.
➢ Satellite Township Near Hazaribagh, Jharkhand: Constructed a satellite township
for a prestigious mining company on a turnkey basis.
➢ Vehicular Underpasses (VUP) in Hyderabad, Telangana: Built two VUPs on a
turnkey basis.
➢ Indoor Sports Stadium/Training Facilities: Developed indoor sports stadiums and
training facilities in Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, and Assam.
➢ Four-Lane Road Execution in Tamil Nadu (NH 44): Through our sister company, we
have partially executing the construction of 25 km of a four-lane road, including a rail
overbridge, river overbridge, culverts, and minor bridges, on an EPC basis.
