MULTIPLICATION

When you add the same number repeatedly, you’re basically doing multiplication.
Multiplication is repeated addition made simple.
Example: you buy 5 packs of pens, and each pack contains 4 pens. To find the total
number of pens,
you have 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4, that’s adding 4 five times.
In multiplication, that’s 5 times of 4 (5 × 4) and product is equal = 20.
Also, you swap the order of the numbers without changing the result (The commutative
property).
For example, 5 times of 4 is the same as 4 times of 5.

The product of any number and zero is zero (zero property).

For example, you work at a restaurant and get paid $12 per hour. If you
work for zero hours, the total amount of many you earn is $0.
0 (Hours) × $12 (per hour) = $0 (total earning)

The product of any number and one is that number (Identity property).
For example, you run 3 kilometers, but you only do it for one day. The total
distance you ran is 3 kilometers.
3 (kilometer) × 1 (day) = 3 (total distance)
