almost all common cable/plug connections on the vehicle. Thanks to the unique and
compact basic tool/interchangeable insert system, this can also be expanded as
required in the future. The scope of delivery already includes a generous assortment
of the most common contact and seals.

UNLOCKING: Unlocking tool with matching interchangeable inserts for damage-free

release of a wide variety of cable/plug connections from the connector housing.

STRIPPING: Stripping tool with razor-sharp interchangeable inserts for precise

stripping, especially for cables with extremely slippery PVC insulation.

CRIMPING: Crimping tool with interchangeable inserts for a perfect crimping result
as ex works, guaranteed by the special cable/plug positioners. The tool can only be
opened again when the pressure required for the crimping process has been fully
applied.

The spreader tool kit is designed to professionally expand the strut clamping bore in
steering knuckles. It can also be used to spread the slot (clamp) on the front wheel
bearing housing (steering knuckle) to allow for the damage-free removal of the lower
ball joint. This procedure is an absolute must to ensure the proper removal of tight-
fitting or stuck spring/shock absorber units and lower suspension ball joints
respectively.
Special features of the tool are the floating bolts that prevent the tool from jamming
and the special spreader wedge which is provided with a limit stop to avoid excessive
knuckle widening.
Prevents expensive damage to the cast iron or aluminium steering knuckle or other
chassis components that may be caused by unprofessional removal/installation
attempts. Thanks to its variably adjustable spreader tip, this tool is also ideal for use
on vehicles with steering knuckles having a non-centralised slot! An indispensable
tool when changing springs, shock absorber units as well as suspension ball joints.

Universally fitting for wheel hubs with a hole circle diameter of 5x130 mm,

A loose or sagging wheel suspension can damage the brake hose, the vehicle level
sensor, cable connections, and the drive shaft.
The engine transverse strut, in combination with a gearbox lifting jack, enables the
wheel suspension to be properly supported and fixed; for example, when removing
and installing the suspension strut or replacing the axle suspension arms. The
support is provided by the wheel hub and thus ensures a reliable hold in the
respective position. Due to its special design, the engine transverse strut is adjustable
inthe camber angle. This allows the wheel suspension to be lowered and raised
precisely at different angles.

Universally applicable to virtually all MacPherson suspension strut and shock
absorber designs with coil springs, such as right-hand-coiled springs, left-hand-
coiled springs, eccentric springs/spring plates, conical springs, springs with a
small number of windings, long-pitch springs or variable-pitch springs.
Also suitable for use on shock absorber designs with rebound buffer springs,
shock absorbers on which the hardness is electronically adjustable as well as
magnetorheological shock absorbers.

The stationary spring compressor is the ultimate solution when it comes to compressing
the MacPherson-type struts/shock absorbers that are commonly used in today’s vehicle
suspension systems. Special features, such as the variable spring plate-clamping device,
the adjustable support column assembly, and the strut-holding device with one-hand
operation, make the KL-5501 B a very versatile spring compressor that satisfies the
highest Health and Safety Standards. Thanks to a special technique, the spring is
compressed via the upper spring plate against the lower spring plate, hence spring

Compact Internal Coil Spring

Universally applicable to wishbone and independent, multi-link suspension
systems as found in vehicles from VW-Audi, Seat, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW,
Ford and in many more.

The internal coil spring compressor allows you to quickly and safely remove and
install coil springs on wishbone and independent, multi-link suspensions in situ on
the vehicle.
Thanks to the particularly compact design, the compressor base body can be easily
inserted into the spring from below, through the wishbone - even with VAG vehicles
having a very small lower wishbone access hole (of approx. 34mm Ø).
As a result, the loosening of axle components and follow-up wheel alignments are no
longer necessary.
Sturdy and robust design ensures a high level of operational safety.
The unique 3-point safety interlock mechanism and the special anti-rotation profile
prevent the pressure plates from twisting during the compression process and, thus,
the coil spring from coming loose and falling off the spring compressor.
Simple and safe mounting of the spring compressor - no need for additional locking,
awkward or cumbersome installation work is avoided!
Another special feature of the pressure plates are the anti-slip protective inserts
which prevent the spring from unwinding itself out of the spring compressor and also
avoid damage to the sensitive coating of the spring.

The holding-down tool kit is intended to ease the removal and installation of coil

Insert the holding-down tool between the upper control arm and the vehicle body.
Then, pre-tighten it slightly. The tool is designed to keep the suspension in position
while the coil spring is being compressed. This reduces the compression travel and
greatly facilitates the removal of the spring.

the Inner Track Rod Joint

For a quick removal and installation of internal track rod joint or axial joints with a

The unique open design makes it easy to fit the spanner directly onto the track rod
without first having to dismantle the outer, usually seized part of the track rod. Due
to the special eccentric, the outer profile on the track rod or axial joint (e.g. 2-sided, 4-
sided, 6-sided or round) is irrelevant. The robust profile of the eccentric spanner

Used in conjunction with the KL-0326-1000 press frame and the necessary drive parts,
the upgrade kit allows for the quick removal and installation of the lower spring link
silentbloc from/to the rear axle carrier in situ on the vehicle. Thanks to this tool, the
time-consuming dismantling of the rear axle carrier is not necessary.
When dismantling the spring link, it occurs quite often that the fixing bolt breaks off
inside the silentbloc. As a result, the removal by means of a pull spindle is no longer
feasible. The use of our special KL-0326-1000 press frame in conjunction with the
appropriate pressure spindle dispenses with the need for a pull spindle when

Universal Injector Puller Kit
Universally suitable for diesel injectors, for example for BOSCH injectors with
M17x1 internal thread, and also for BOSCH and DELPHI injectors with M14x1.5
external thread.

The injector puller kit enables fast and powerful pulling of severely stuck injectors
directly on the vehicle without having to remove the cylinder head. Depending on
