The Approval certificate of said Layout / Plots is issued subject to the following conditions:
1. This Authority reserves the right to cancel the approval for LRS, If it is found that the certificate is
obtained by false statement or mis-representation or suppression of any material facts or in violation
of any rules.
2. If any cases are pending in court of law with regard to the site under reference and have adverse
orders the permission for LRS shall have been deemed to be withdrawn and cancel.
3. The owners/applications are solely responsible for any misrepresentation with regard to ownership/
title, Urban Land Ceiling Clearance etc. The Owners/applications are responsible for any damage
claimed by any on account of regularisation of the above plot.
4. The regularisation of Plot does not confer ownership on the applicant or alter the ownership of the
land. The regularisation orders shall not be used as proof of any title of the land.
6. If the abutting road width is less than 30 feet (9.00 Mts),15 Feet (4.5Mts) from the centre of the
existing road has to be left for road widening so as to maintain minimum 9mts., approach road. In
case of weaker section layouts or plots less than 100 sq. mts the road width may be 20 ft (6.00 mts).
7. The applicant shall surrender the affected site, if any required for the purpose of Road Widening as
per the Master Plan /Road Development Plan width and shall be handed over to the concerned
authority at free of cost by way of registered Gift Deed.
8. As per the G.O.Ms.No.131 MA&UD (M1) Dept., dt:31.08.2020, G.O.Ms.No.135 MA&UD (M1)
Dept., dt:16.09.2020, if the site under reference is earmarked for industrial / manufacturing use zone
(viz., TSIIC Industrial Estates / lands allotted by the Govt., for Industrial purposes / Recreational /
Water Bodies / Open Space use in notified Master Plans/ILUPs, the regularized plot shall deemed to
have been cancelled.
