2 Echoes of the River: A Bharatanatyam ode: Rivers are the veins of our earth, carrying life,
culture, and timeless stories in their flow. Yet today, they face silence and scarcity, urging us
to listen. Through Bharatanatyam, the Nrithanjali School of Bharatanatyam, IITG Club brings
you 'Echoes of the River', a dance offering to honor and save our rivers

Sangam', a celebration of artistry and devotion."

12 Semi-classical dance form of Satriya Nritya: It is a Satriya dance in the Rabha Sangeet Biswar
Sande Sande. The song was composed by Kalaguru Bishnu Prasad Rabha. This song "Biswar
Sande Sande" evokes the image of synchronizing motion, devotion, and celebration with the
cosmic or universal rhythm—a beautiful metaphor for spiritual harmony or collective joy.

13 Semi-classical dance: Irsia and Sulagna are going to present a semi-classical dance with a
Bollywood song.

14 (Two groups together, 1st 10 participants, next 20 participants) Singing: The first composition
is by Zafar Ali, a disciple of Ramakrishna, who composed this bhajan to depict surrendering
to an omnipotent God, who doesn't distinguish between religion and faith. This song will be
sung by the youngest members of team Lihaaz, ... In tabla accompaniment, we have Mr.
Shankarjyoti Saikia.

The next performance will be based on Raag Bhairavi. We have snippets of three compositions
put together in this bouquet. The first one is a famous Bollywood piece sung by none other
than the legendary Sri Manna Dey, followed by a bandish in teental and a Tarana in drut
Teental. This piece will be performed by the elder members of Team Lihaaz, .... The team will
be led by Sabarni, and in tabla accompaniment, we will have Shankarjyoti Saikia.

20 Kathak Classical Dance performance by Cadence Club (IITG Students): This performance
today seeks to bring alive the dialogue between music and movement. The intricate sitar notes
and rhythmic patterns find their echo in classical dance, where each gesture and expression
resonates with the melody. It is an exploration of how harmonies in music seamlessly merge
with the aesthetics of dance, together weaving a tapestry of discipline, grace, and timeless
tradition.

21 Bollywood based on Marathi traditional style: Pinga is a traditional Marathi dance form from
