All the fabricated structures required during the execution of work shall be supplied by the client.
Any civil and electrical works including materials are client’s scope.
The client shall assign a maintenance person during the commencement of project, if required.
Any power supply required shall be provided by the client.
Payment – 60% advanceand 30% on materials delivery, 10% will be after completion of the project.
The previous work done labor is not considered as favouring the client.
