� What is Social Science?

Social Science is the study of human society and social relationships. It focuses on how people
live, interact, organize themselves, and influence each other. Unlike natural sciences (like
biology or physics), social sciences examine human behavior, culture, and institutions.

� Main Branches of Social Science

1. Sociology – Study of society, groups, and social behavior.


2. Anthropology – Study of human origins, cultures, and traditions.
