Day 1 / 08 Dec, 25 Buenos Aires (2 Nights)
As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:

Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)

Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport,
Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
From here, you fly together with Veena World tour manager to Buenos Aries and begin your beautiful journey. Upon arrival,
the Veena World Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or
sightseeing place as per the itinerary.

Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities

If you are flying from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or others, please ensure that you
have received your complete travel details like airline, flight departure and arrival time, airport name, passport with valid visa
etc. from your Veena World Travel Advisor. You will fly to the first destination of the tour as per your individual flight details.
Upon arrival your tour manager will meet you at Buenos Aries Airport or at the sightseeing place conveyed to you in advance.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure that you have
received complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in or joining at sightseeing place, from your Veena World Tour
Manager as well as travel adviser. Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the tour plan conveyed
to you.

Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests the flight tickets, visa, insurance and airport transfers are to be borne by guests. Please ensure
all these arrangements are as per the scheduled group tour. To avail of the group airport transfers, we request you to ensure
your flight arrival is at the scheduled group airport and is minimum one hour before the group’s scheduled flight arrival time.
For last day your flight departure time should be after the scheduled group flight departure time to avail the airport
transfers.

Note:
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If our flights are reaching in the morning, we cover one of the
sightseeing’s to fill up the gap.
• We recommend you to take care of your travel documents, valuables, foreign exchange, and emergency contacts handy
during your journey.

Buenos Aries – the capital city of Argentina, combined with faded colonial architecture with Latin passion, dynamite dining

Day 2 / 09 Dec, 25 Buenos Aires
Today we visit The Tigre Delta – where the Paraná River ends, it’s an unique
place being one of the few river deltas to empty into fresh water and not the sea.
Upon arrival, we take a boat ride through delta, we visit Tres Bocas – small island in the Tigre Delta is known for its walking
path which takes you around the island. If you like long walks, and beautiful landscapes. Later we visit Paseo Victoria – a
green riverside promenade located in the center of Tigre delta and pass by Museo de Arte de Tigre.
In the evening enjoy an amazing Tango Show with Dinner.

Day 3 / 10 Dec, 25 Buenos Aires – Ushuaia – Cruise Embarkation (9 Nights)

Today we fly to Ushuaia – commonly regarded as the southernmost city in the world. Upon arrival we
proceed to the port to board our cruise to depart for our journey through one of the most captivating
wilderness regions of the world. Our vessel will sail down the historic Beagle Channel expect an air of
excitement as we depart, the next time we see land we’ll be in the world’s most southern continent!

Day 4 / 11 Dec, 25 Day at Sea

Day 13 / 20 Dec, 25 Buenos Aires – Departure

Today we explore Buenos Aires city, we see District of San Telmo and La Boca - Buenos Aires’s neighbourhood famed for its
colourful houses and its tango, Casa Rosada - executive mansion and office of the President of Argentina. We visit Plaza de
Mayo - a city square and main foundational site of Buenos Aires and Cabildo - public building that was used as seat of the
town council during the colonial era. We pass by Cathedral Metropolitana de Buenos Aires - main Catholic church
overlooking Plaza de Mayo 9 de Julio Avenue – 3 km long avenue connecting north and south part of city and named after
Argentina’ s Independence day, Obelisk at 9 de Julio Avenue and The Palermo - biggest neighborhood of capital city lined with
rose garden, planetarium and rowing lakes.

Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:

J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching
the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.

On group tours, we generally fly with airlines that are group-friendly.
Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First
Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend
you to carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey.

Transport:
For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the
respective tour group size.
The seating arrangement in the coach is based on booking priority. Seat numbers 1 & 2 are reserved for Tour
Managers and Tour Guides. Seat numbers 3 & 4 are reserved as Prime Seats which can be availed by paying an
additional cost.
If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we
can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

Sightseeing attraction:
Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily
without any prior notice. Sometimes due to rush or changes in the reservation system, entrance to the
sightseeing attractions may be unavailable; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate
sightseeing place if possible or refund of the entry fee will be given.

Hotels:
The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by Veena World’s guests in the past. The
category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star. Kindly
check your respective hotels before booking your tour.

Room Sharing:

Sometimes, two single unfamiliar travellers (gender - alike) share a room, should read the instruction paper
along with the terms & conditions and abide by the same.

Meals:
On tour, we provide all meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary.
In case of early arrival or late departure due flight timings, guests will be provided an additional meal/s without
any extra cost.
In case of connecting flights, if the transit time exceeds beyond five hours, guests will be provided with a
meal/meal coupon.
Generally, meals are provided in the restaurants. On certain occasions, packed meals will be provided for the
ease of itinerary operation/sightseeing.
Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian
along with a local dish OR local cuisine, OR at times fast food meals from Subway, McDonald’s, etc.

Visa:
Veena World takes maximum tourists from India to Europe through group tours, customised holidays and
corporate tours (MICE).
Every month Veena World Visa Facilitation Team of 80+ members assist thousands of our guests for visa
documentation, visa application, visa submission to VAC/VFS/ consulate, collection of passports from the
VAC/VFS/ consulate on guest’s behalf wherever applicable. However, all guests should be aware of the fact that
‘issuance or granting of visa to any guest’ is at the sole discretion of respective country’s consulates/embassy.
Veena World does not play any role in the actual granting of the visa. Veena World cannot be held responsible
for delay or rejection of the visa by the respective consulate. In the rare event of a visa delay or rejection,
cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy of Veena World.
We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after the tour
booking.
Certain consulates send the passports directly to the guest’s residential address as per the Visa application
form. Guests are requested to thoroughly check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as
Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.
Guests who are Joining & Leaving (J&L) or guests already holding a visa or guests who are opting to do the visas
on their own should check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple
entry visa required for the tour.
Deviation guests who are leaving early or returning late than the scheduled tour, should check their visa
status/validity according to their personal programme.

Upgradation on tour:
Flights: Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class /
First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
Cruise: Cruise accommodation is generally in a room with a port hole or a room with a balcony. You can
upgrade to higher category rooms by paying an additional cost subject to availability.
Trains: Train journeys during the tour are in Standard class. You can upgrade to higher category like Standard
Premier or Business Premier by paying an additional cost subject to availability.
Vehicles: For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending
on the respective tour group size. If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you
would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

REMARKS
Meals - Breakfast and Dinner are provided by Veena World in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination early morning or leaves
destination late in the evening.
Standard Check-in and check-out time of International hotels is usually 1500hrs and 1200hrs respectively.
Guests may please note that for Domestic flights or internal flights from one city to another city on international tours, the baggage
allowance will be as per the respective airline baggage policy and weight regulations. Guests are requested to pack their belongings and
carry luggage in accordance to the respective airlines baggage allowance. Excess baggage (if any) will be chargeable as per the airline policy
and the same has to be borne by the guest.
