residing in your properties, specifically regarding the delays in the disbursement of their allowances from
the Department of Tertiary Education Financing (DTEF).
As you may be aware, the DTEF has indicated that the resolution of this situation is expected by August
8, 2025. Unfortunately, this delay will inevitably lead to late payments for rent, services, and other
monthly expenses incurred by the students.
We fully recognize that you are operating a business and that timely payments are essential for your
financial stability. However, we kindly request your understanding and patience during this challenging
period. The students who inhabit your ventures are facing significant financial difficulties due to the delay
in their allowances, and your support in granting them a little extra time to manage their financial
obligations would be greatly appreciated.
