Greetings!

As the new administration for the term 2025-2028 begins to serve, the Office
of the Municipal Mayor will be conducting a Strategic Planning Activity to determine
and analyze the current situation of the Office, to set objectives, and create
strategies for the effective and timely implementation of services to the people.

The undersigned find it valuable to engage in strategic planning activities, so


that the employees and leaders of an organization can improve their chances of
achieving their goals and navigating the challenges of a dynamic environment.

Anent to this, we would like to request your good office for assistance to help
the office augment the needed logistics and supplies for the realization of this
activity. It will be held on July 18-20, 2025, at Bongabon, Nueva Ecija. Knowing your
