Quality Capability Statement
SSH International operates through an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001:2008 Integrated Management
System.
SSH quality philosophy is derived from the simple goal of recognising and fulfilling client needs and this is achieved and
verified through the adoption of global best-practice standards in both the delivery of services and the maintenance of an
environment of self-evaluation and continual improvement.
Our dedicated Quality Assurance Manager reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for implementing the Company’s
Integrated Management System including monitoring the effectiveness of the system, identifying areas for improvement and
reporting to senior management periodically on the performance of the system.
The SSH Integrated Management System has been designed to facilitate the provision of the high quality services and
deliverables with customer satisfaction as our primary objective. It incorporates plans and procedures that describe the
methodology in meeting objectives including documentation, design, selection of sub-consultants, construction supervision,
project management and project handover. The Integrated Management System is comprised of the following:

Marketing and Business Development
SSH acknowledge that to provide the extent of services required by clients it is often necessary to collaborate with like-
minded sub consultants and partners who have demonstrated their ability to deliver the required services to International best
practices. Our sub consultants and partners are therefore assessed for their capability and quality management approach
prior to engagement.
SSH ensures that employees are aware of the Integrated Management System through internal communication
(e.g.: company intranet, training, audits and employee inductions.)
SSH Management Review Meetings are conducted regularly to review the overall performance of the IMS, receive and
review feedback from our clients and consider actions that may arise from internal or third party audits. The review meetings
are mandated to ensure that the Integrated Management System is being implemented and to improve the effectiveness of
the Integrated Management System through the review and assessment of audit results, data analysis and corrective and
preventive action.
