ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

I. INTRODUCTION
Grade Level Chairperson provide organizational leadership and support
to all teachers within their grade level to ensure the grade level team meets
ambitious student achievement goals. Collaboration among teachers and
administrators is critically important to a school’s culture. In addition to
serving as a liaison between a school’s leadership team and teachers in their
grade level, Grade Level Chairperson lead and coordinate the grade-level
teams’ meetings, organizational practices, parent communication and grade-
wide activities. Grade Level Chairperson will also provide instructional
support to teachers in the grade level.
As the grade level chairman, I was able to lead the group by
administering good leadership and was able to provide technical
assistance to my fellow teachers.

II. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITIES


The activities that we were able to accomplish are the following:
1. Conduct mentoring, remediation, coaching, and review of the least learned
skills.
2. Participated in every activity such as: Gulayan sa Paaralan,
Clean- up activities.
3. Conduct counseling session to students with issues and concerns.
4. Organized the distribution of learning delivery to the students
without any struggles because of the well- planned schemes.
5. Assisted parents during PTA Meetings.
6. Assist in the evaluation, selection, distribution and inventory of textbooks,
materials, supplies and equipment.
7. Counseled students with behavioral problem.
8. Checking and validating of teacher’s lesson plan.
