EQUIPMENT RENTAL CONTRACT (CRANE TRUCK)
By this present RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR EQUIPMENT, which is entered into by
LESSOR: RAMOS HUAMAN HERNANDEZ DANIEL, identified with DNI No. 04068853 residing at

FIRST: OBJECTIVE
Through this document, THE LESSOR grants a lease to
TENANT the following machinery hereinafter referred to as the EQUIPMENT with the following

The purpose of the contract is for THE TENANT to be able to use THE EQUIPMENT in the
different tasks that I could perform within the construction site perimeter.
This contract will be in effect during the execution of the Work " CREATION OF THE
SUSPENDED PEDESTRIAN BRIDGES IN TURPASH, UCHUCMISCA, KISMARAN,
HUARTUPE, HUARUSH AND SHIRICUCHO OF THE DISTRICT OF PAUCAR - PROVINCE OF
DANIEL ALCIDES CARRION - PASCO DEPARTMENT
SECOND: OPERATION
The operation of the equipment will be the responsibility of the operator. Likewise, the
maintenance will be the responsibility of the LANDLORD.
THIRD: MOBILIZATION AND DEMOBILIZATION
The mobilization, transfer, and demobilization of the Team described in the Object of the contract will be at
cargo of the TENANT
FOURTH: RENTAL CONDITIONS.
The equipment is rented without fuel and in perfect working condition.
The rental period begins with the delivery of the equipment and ends with its reception.
FIFTH: OBLIGATIONS
It is the obligation of the LESSEE:
Receive the equipment and take care diligently.
Allow the LANDLORD to inspect the Equipment for just cause.

security is assumed by THE TENANT
Keep the leased equipment in optimal condition
of operation.
Perform periodic maintenance on the equipment when it malfunctions.
The expenses for oil, filter, spare parts, wear items, and other supplies are to
responsibility of the LESSOR.
If the equipment leaves the site for repair or maintenance, it will be under responsibility.

The Operator's Costs will be borne by THE LANDLORD.
If the Equipment has defects, communicate in advance to provide a solution to the
errors, the days that the team is stopped due to failures will not be counted
mechanics; these hours will be deducted in the monthly settlement and/or invoicing.
The operator will be designated by the LESSOR.
SIXTH: CONTRACTUAL RESOLUTION
The breach and/or unjustified suspension of the obligations of the parties will result in the
resolution of this contract as long as there has been no mediation in such events
causes of force majeure or fortuitous events. However, the parties commit to evaluating
such situations and assess whether they can be remedied, recognizing in such case
mutual concessions otherwise, the contract will be terminated and to
lifting of the machinery by the SUPPLIER.
SEVENTH: WARNINGS
THE TENANT waives the right to file any type of lawsuit against THE LANDLORD.
for any failure in the operation of the machine as well as any possible loss of profit or
damage to the tenant or related company of this contract.
