ACADEMIC STAFF
Please, note that candidates applying for the positions of Principal Lecturer to Lecturer I
must possess demonstrable ability in both academic and administrative leaderships. The ability
to manage students, publications in the Q1-Q4 Scopus Index, web-based journals, and research
grants won are added advantage.
Principal Lecturer - CONPCASS 08
Holders of Doctorate Degree in relevant field with at least six (6) years cognate teaching/
research work experience or Master's degree in relevant field with at least fifteen (15) years
cognate teaching/research work experience plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
He must possess sixteen (16) conference papers and Twelve (12) reputable journal publications,
seven (7) meaningful chapter contributions or two (2) standard textbooks with relevant
professional membership.

Senior Lecturer - CONPCASS 07


Holders of Relevant Doctorate Degree in relevant field with at least nine (9) years cognate
teaching/research work experience or Master's degree in relevant field with at least twelve (12)
years cognate teaching/research work experience plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
He must possess thirteen (13) conference papers and eight (8) reputable journal publications,
three (3) meaningful chapter contributions or one (1) standard textbook with relevant
professional membership.
Lecturer I - CONPCASS 06
Holders of Relevant Doctorate Degree in relevant field with at least three (3) years cognate
teaching/research work experience, or Master's degree in relevant field with at least six (6) years
cognate teaching/research work experience plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
He must possess ten (10) conference papers and five (5) reputable journal publications,
meaningful chapter contribution with relevant professional membership.
Lecturer II - CONPCASS 05
Holders of Relevant Doctorate or Master's degree in relevant field with at least six (6) years
cognate teaching/research work experience plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
He must possess five (5) conference papers and three (3) reputable journals publications and
evidence of Administrative/Community Service. Ability to manage students is an added

Holders of Master’s degree in relevant field or a good Bachelor's degree (at least Second-Class
Lower Division) with at least three (3) years cognate teaching/research work experience plus
NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.

He must possess two (2) conference papers and one (1) reputable journal publication with
evidence of Administrative/Community Service. Ability to manage students is an added
advantage.
Assistant Lecturer – CONPCASS 02
Holders of a Bachelor’s degree (at least Second-Class Lower Division) with at least three (3)
year of cognate experience and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge or exemption
certificate. Ability to manage students is an added advantage.
Technologist I CONPCASS 03
Holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant field, (at Credit Level) with three (3) years
cognate experience plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate. There should be evidence of
production or fabrication of functional project in relevant discipline. In addition, possession of
NSQ, CISCO Certification and ability to manage students are added advantage.

Holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant field (at Credit Level) plus NYSC discharge
