We understand that a successful organization must be concerned with seeking the good-

education.
Our differential is based on actions of ethical and moral principles. After all, efficiency
it's not just about doing things well, but doing good things. We need, therefore, to act from
in an increasingly comprehensive way, using our capacity in development of
effective social practices that can become models.
The current goal is to understand that, having done the homework of fully meeting the
needs for benefits, leisure, greater educational valuation with the reduction of
school dropout and retention, along with the integration of the family and the community,
we need to strengthen the foundations of an increasingly broad action, so that we can be
real drivers of social transformation in the community where we operate, especially
improving your sports habits, physical, mental, motor development and quality
students' physics.

We can say that the practice of women's football in our country was only made possible thanks to
a conjunction of factors, among them the resistance of some women, interests
economic factors represented especially by the media, in addition to the democratization of the country

occurring since the 1980s and, with less force.

The recognition and reflection on the differences among students allow the teacher
to use sports and other physical activities as effective means to teach young people to
tolerance and acceptance of individual differences. For example, in situations of co-
education, teachers and/or instructors can propose a diversified work of
procedures that include changes to the rules and other alternatives discussed with the
group, in the sense of facilitating everyone's participation and allowing for reflection on the
diversity and inclusion.
The adaptation and modification of activities to accommodate heterogeneity
of the group should extend to all situations in which the teacher and/or instructor
notice the students' detachment from activities. Exclusion can occur for different reasons.

being carried out, as well as the characteristics of the group, skill level, number of
students and others. This consideration ends up making the teacher's work even more
complex, as it must consider all the characteristics of the context and take
better decision, between uniting or separating the groups.

The many differences in the behavior of boys and girls are undeniable. Recognizing
To work on them so as not to turn them into disadvantages is the role of every educator. Being
being attentive to gender issues that occur in training is a way to help young people to
build gender relations with equity, respect for differences, adding and
complementing what men and women have best, understanding the other
and learning from this to become more open and balanced people.
With such objectives, we intend to include Women's Football in the project Sport is Life.
