1 AXIS BANK HOME PAGE/LANDING PAGE
On the Home Page (after accessing the Customer Portal URL), user will find an option to purchase a FASTAG Online
The screen shot below is the replica of the customer portal
On the right corner of the screen, “BUY A FASTAG” option is provided (Highlighted in RED)
2 ONLINE APPLICATION
When user clicks on “BUY A FASTAG” tab, Online Application page will appear on screen

2.1 LICENSE PLATE VERIFICATION – BLACKLISTED WITH OTHER BANKS
User must enter the License Plate Number and click on validate button
In case the License Plate Number is “Blacklisted” with any other bank, a message would appear on the screen
2.2 LICENSE PLATE VERIFICATION – ALREADY REGISTERED IN THE CURRENT SYSTEM
In case the License Plate Number is registered in the current system, following message would appear on the screen
2.3 LICENSE PLATE VERIFICATION – NEW
User will key in the License Plate No. and click on validate button

If the License Plate is not Blacklisted or Unregistered on current application, system will allow the user to proceed further
On this screen, user must go through the process of verifying their personal details
User must complete the online application form with all the mandatory fields marked with (*)
If user is an existing Axis Customer, they can check the “YES” radio button (marked in screen shot) and can provide axis bank
details
If user is other bank customer, they can check the “NO” radio button and completing the online application
2.4 ACCOUNT – P ERSONAL DETAILS
User will complete all the mandatory fields and click on NEXT

2.4.1 ACCOUNT – SHIPPING ADDRESS
User must enter the Home Address Details and Shipping Address Details
At the bottom of the page, user must check the radio button to let the bank know which address should be used as
“Communication Address”
Then click on NEXT
2.5 VEHICLE DETAILS
On the first screen, as user had key in the License Plate number
On the Vehicle Details page, the number is pre-Populated (highlighted in yellow within the screen shot)
User must enter the other details of the vehicle (should match with RC Copy)
Upload RC Front & Back and Vehicle’s Front & Side View images and click on ADD

2.5.1 VEHICLE ADDED
After the vehicle is added successfully, all the details will appear on screen (grid view)
User has an option to “EDIT”, “DELETE” the added vehicles and “VIEW” the RC Documents
After reviewing the details, user must click on NEXT Payment Page will load on screen
2.6 PAYMENT
The details on the Payment Page as pre-Populated
User must verify the details and click on “MAKE PAYMENT”
2.6.1 PAYMENT SUCCESS
After payment is successful, user must select the radio button “SUCCESS”
Click on SUBMIT

3 WALLET CREATION
When user selects “SUCCESS” and clicks on Submit button, they will see a Thank You Screen with the following details

Payment Amount
Pay By
Wallet ID
Transaction Date/Time
The Wallet ID that is generated is the number/reference id, through which Online Tag Issuance will happen
Refer Collation Reports FRD for allocations of tags through MPOS/POS/Online Tag Issuance and Replacements
