• For Riot Games, started working as Team Leader where I have to handle a team of 15 members
and ensuring the KPI's provided by clent are met.
• Ensring the timely creating and populating the monthly schedule of team memebers and
support staff for the site.
• Attending daily global calls with cliet and other partner site to discuss the backlogs and the
plan to mitigate those and planning on upcoming backlogs.
• Creating weekly Business reviews and presenting to client which include the complete site
performance and report.
• Coaching each team members weekly on the basis of 5E's for their improvement and future
growth.
• Working on shrinkage and drafting site report for each team on this on weekly basis. Also,
creating the attrition report on monthly basis.
