WRITING P2-REPORT- TASK 2

From: Manager of the marketing department
Subject: The feedback on the company’s latest launch
Date: 6th November 2023

INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to examine the feedback on the company’s
latest product launch, our line of sweet and sour-flavoured chips.
Additionally, I want to follow through with suggestions of how the
marketing of the product could be improved.

FEEDBACK ON THE MARKETING STRATEGY


Firstly, I must say that the feedback of the product was far from
negative. I strongly believe that the success of the product has been
ensured by our advertisement online. Through it, we offered the
consumers more than just a straightforward short film, only with the
purpose of persuading them to buy it. We offered them a story, with
its own soundtrack, alongside which we inserted the product in a
sensible manner.

How we outlined the difference between types of personalities and the


way that we sometimes live being quite blinded these boundaries set
by society, that divides people in two grups: sweet and sour, good and
bad. However, we convinced people in way that parts of all of us
belong to all these categories and nevertheless, everyone should
embrace it, while enjoying our chips.

RECOMMENDATION
Despite the success of the product, I am aware that there is still place
for improvement, as always. I feel it would be to our advantage if we
put our advertisement on billboards in the city centres, as well as
outside of town. Since we only used the social media strategy, our
product has not reached yet all ages categories, but it could if my
recommendation is taken into consideration.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the marketing strategy was a true success, but a
flawless campaign has not been achieved yet. Nonetheless, the
company benefited greatly from it and will continue to do so.
