MOSS SOCIAL ADAPTABILITY TEST

It is a social adaptability test of 30 questions that evaluates the degree


in how a person behaves in situations that demand
supervision and control of subordinate staff.

Application:
Individual or collective with application brochure.

Duration:
Approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

Adaptability in work situations is of great importance, regarding


everything in some positions that require a swift response and
immediate coupling to new and changing situations, or that
require skills to solve problems quickly. The person
must be able to assess a situation and adapt to it in order to perform
better or to achieve the desired objective, as happens in positions of
public relations, sales, and management.

This instrument helps to locate the degree of social adaptability that


it has a person, in addition to showing some useful indicators for the
decision making; these indicators are the following skills:

Supervisory skills
Process of interaction between people, in which one of them
leads, through his personal influence and power, the energies
potentials and activities of a group, to achieve the
objectives (to meet the needs of the person and the
organization).

Decision-making capacity in human relationships
