AUDIOLOGICAL REPORT

The child attends a speech therapy consultation accompanied by his mother via video
call. An exploration is conducted to identify their level of language development, the
articulation of this and based on this information provide guidance in order to address
his need.
Education:
Denis begins his school journey at the age of three at the Nueva Esperanza kindergarten.
Lomas de Zamora. Currently attending a 4-year-old classroom in person.
The boy Denis is the only child of the couple formed by Flavia and Nelson, the three
they live in the same house in Santa Catalina, district of Lomas de Zamora.
On the first day of the consultation, Denis, along with his mother, undergoes the
initial interview, where he/she reports that he/she tends to throw tantrums at moments when he/she is with
his uncles and grandparents. He likes to play in the square, run, and play with cars which are his.
preference. It also mentions its behavior in the garden, in which
participates in the activities proposed by the teacher. With their classmates, they use
isolated words and non-verbal language. Shows control of sphincters, managing to anticipate
and seek assistance from a third party.

Denis is a very sweet boy, he laughs a lot, and at work he shows shyness.
She looks at her mom every time she has to respond.
Upon starting the activities proposed by the therapist, he/she manages to sustain the duration of the
full session. Remains seated.
To account for their desires or needs and is expressed through isolated words.
Test performed:
Phonological Plan: the record was evaluated in spontaneous Expression and occasionally at
repetition with the Induced Phonological Register Test (RFI) yielding values below
his chronological age.
