Madam;

The Barangay Datu Panas Administration will conduct a meeting in coordination with Tulong Panghanapbuhay
sa Ating Dis-advantaged at Displaced Worker (TUPAD) of the DSWD on September 19, 2024 at 8:00 in the
Morning up to 12:00 noontime.

With this, the Barangay Datu Panas Administration do not have enough chairs to cover the participants of this
endeavor, which will be coming from the different Barangay within the Buug area.

Hence, Barangay Datu Panas Administration would like to borrow from your Office/School aound 80 pcs of chair
to cover the attendees of this event.

Hoping that this request would merit your consideration.
