Dear XII (SYJC) Students,

We would like to bring to your attention some important information regarding


the HSC 2025 Board Form filling process, which is scheduled for 17/09/2025.
Please make sure to take note of the following instructions:

1. Fees Structure: The fees for the H.S.C March 2026 Examination are as follows:

- XII Sci A: Rs 660.00


- XII Sci B: Rs 660.00
- XII Sci B (CS): Rs 690.00
- XII Sci C: Rs 660.00
- XII Sci C (IT): Rs 890.00
- XII Com A: Rs 615.00
- XII Com B: Rs 615.00
- XII Com C (IT): Rs 845.00
- XII Com D: Rs 615.00

2. Passport Photographs: You are required to submit three passport-size color


photographs (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) with a white background on or before 15/09/2025.

3. Form Filling Date: The HSC form filling date is 17/09/2025.

4. Fees Payment: Please note that the form cannot be filled without paying the
fees. Fees should be paid to through “ONLINE” only.

5. Attendance Requirement: Students who are falling short of attendance will not
be allowed to fill the H.S.C. Board Form.

6. Reserved Category Students: If you belong to a reserved category (SC, ST, SBC,
NT, BC, OBC, VJNT, etc.), you should carry a Xerox copy of the relevant certificate.

7. Important Items to Bring: On the form filling day, please bring the following:
a. X Std. Mark Sheet Xerox Copy
b. X Std. Leaving Certificate Xerox Copy
c. XI Std. Final Exam Mark Sheet
d. Aadhar Card Xerox Copy
e. Black Ball Pen, H.B Pencil, Eraser, Fevistick, Scissor
f. Full Address in Capital Letters along with PIN CODE and MOBILE NUMBER
g. Father and Mother full names in Capital Letters

Important Notes:

1. All XII students must be present in their respective classrooms by 12:40 pm on


17/09/2025.

Please ensure that you follow these instructions meticulously to ensure a smooth
HSC form filling process.
