INSTRUCTIONS – PART 1: PANTS AND SHIRT

PANTS
NOTE: I like to make the pants legs a rnd longer than the legs. That way my doll can stand
on its own.
Pants Legs (x 2):
Ch 18
Rnd 1: 1 hdc in 3rd ch from hook; 1 hdc in each st – 16 sts
Connect to other side and with sl st and ch 2
Rnds 2 – 11: 1 hdc in each st; sl st to join and ch 1
Rnd 12: 1 hdc in each st; sl st to join

After finishing the first pants leg, cut thread

and fasten off.
Do not cut the thread from the 2nd pants leg.
We will continue with the waste
from where we stopped with the 2nd pants leg.

Connect the two pants legs with a sl st and ch 2.

Rnd 1: 1 hdc in each st; sl st to join and ch 2 – 32 sts

You should 32 sts after rnd 1. If you end up with more sts, take the next rnd to decrease
and get to the 32 sts.
Rnd 2: hdc around; sl st to join and ch 2 – 32 sts
Rnd 3: 1 hdc in 6 sts, hdc2tog (decr) (repeat 4 times);
sl st to join and ch 2 – 28 sts
Rnd 4: 1 hdc in each st; sl st to join and ch 1 – 28 sts
Rnd 5: 1 esc in each st; sl st to join – 28 sts
Fasten off and weave in the ends.

middle of the pants.
Insert your hook into a st, yo and pull; ch 2.
