To get best performance from using SEAWALKER better to use Google Chrome Browser.
Any time prior using SEAWLKER all cookies and cache should be cleaned in Browser

LOGIN PAGE SEAWALKER EXPERT PANEL GUIDANCE:

designated person from Your company) into proper tabs and
click FULL AHEAD button to proceed to SEAWALKER Expert
panel
Login credentials: Email and password are case sensative
(please use capital and small letters exactly as provided.
HOME PAGE SEAWALKER EXPERT PANEL GUIDANCE:
Once logged in, home page of SEAWALKER expert panel will appear. In the right upper corner indicated Expert name and photo.
Here are the short description of the panel and explanation video. Always check Expert name to be sure of correct login
before proceeding any options.

To enter the online streaming mode with experts / smart glasses
Call - simple call with experts and / or Smart Glasses /
click on the left menu Make a call tab - Call / AI Call button.

AI Call - Artificial Intelligence call, when your internet is
good, but in some areas you couldn't establish video call.
Once all participants joined the meeting, AI (artificial
intelligence) needs 30-60 seconds to make connection
smooth and optimize video streeming for all parties.
MAKE A CALL WITH VESSEL SEAWALKER EXPERT PANEL GUIDANCE:
To connect with smart glasses / mobile devise - choose required glass (vessel) name at the right side of SEAWALKER screen (highlighted
by red circle) and click on the “Walkie-talkie” icon.
Screen will switch to streaming with glasses mode. Every participant should click on it to be transfered to vessel's "callNAME

IMPORTANT: Strongly recommended to keep video off at
experts side while streaming with vessel at open sea, to reduce
traffic consumption and get good video quality.

INTERNET CONNECTION DURING STREAMING SEAWALKER EXPERT PANEL GUIDANCE:
Internet connection and streaming parameters could be traced
any time during streaming session.
Parameters are shown in pop-up menu by pointing on circle in
the upper left circle of small screens of every device (as per -
picture)
Circle also indicates connection parameters by color
IMPORTANT: Once expert (experts) and smart glasses are
connected in one room, before starting any action, 30-60

To enter your organization, choose tab on the left menu and push the "List" button. The name of your organization will appear
on the screen. Click "Details" - to enter sub-menu.
EXPERT NAME
Sub-menu contains of: Expert list, Manage FileStore, Checklist. Click on Expert List button to see all experts of your organization.
Click "Personal details" button to get the access to the personal data of expert.
ORGANIZATIONS - CREATING / EDITING OF EXPERT SEAWALKER EXPERT PANEL GUIDANCE:
Avatar : place your personal photo for better identification
First Name: fill in your details
Second Name: fill in your details
Email: fill in your details.
! Email is used for SEAWALKER login procedure.
Organization: choose your organization name.
Phone: fill in your details
Specification, Notification method:
are not availiable in current version.
Password is used for SEAWALKER login procedure.
ORGANIZATIONS - LIST - EXPERT LIST - PAIR DEVICE SEAWALKER EXPERT PANEL GUIDANCE:
Click "Manage devices" button to get the
access to Expert devices list .
Click "Pair device" button to connect new
Vessel 1 device .
Vessel 2
Wearable device will generate 5 -digit
code - which need to be entered in "Enter
digits" line.
"Device info"- indicate vessel name here
ORGANIZATIONS - LIST - FILE MANAGER SEAWALKER EXPERT PANEL GUIDANCE:
FileStore : Due to privacy and
security reasons, DropBox account
should be provided from the
Owner's side.
File Manager
File system will contain photo and video evidance of
completed checklists.
All data saves to the folders by date.
File manager contains following options:
- download / upload file;
- copy file;
- make new folder;
- delete file / folder;

Click on "Checklist" button.
List of existed checklists / inspection roadmaps / etc will be
displayed.
Click "New" button to
create new checklist /
inspection / etc.
Click "Edit" button to make
changes in existing
checklist / inspection / etc.
Click "Delete" button to
remove unnecessary
checklist / inspection / etc.

Indicate Task name, duration of time

All photos and videos of completed
checklists are saved at Company's
FileStore.
Usefullness of Checklists
You could insert the company's checklists /inspection roadmaps/ etc to be completed prior exact work
(e.g. hot work permit, enclosed space entry), the weekly / daily check of equipment (e.g. firefighting
equipment),
To avoid the human factor, in photo control mode, pictures are taken in random time frame for each
point of checklist.

In order to ensure that You have a good Internet connection, the function
of Speedtest is implemented in SEAWALKER.
We strongly recommend to pass Speedtest
before each streeming session.
