1. INTRODUCTION
7th PC Arrears utility is used to calculate the arrears amount of the pensioners whose
configuration was already done this arrears amount calculation for the period 01st Jan
2016 to 31st Dec 2018.
Below mentioned steps have to be follow for utilize the 7th PC Arrears Calculation.
Step 1: 7th PC Arrears calculation configuration through Auditor login.
Auditor Login: Please login through respective Auditor Login from below
mentioned path.
Current Path: Work List > Pension Payment > Admin Utilities > 7th Pc Arrear
Configuration.
Case 1: Bank Branch wise - Choose Bank, Branch and Click the Configuration Button
for Configuration and wait for Configuration status alert.
Note: Every bank branch will be generate slotwise 50 PPO’s Arrear
configuration allowed (i.e if 200 ppo is present each auditor then 50,50,50,50)

Case 2 : After configuration massage will be display like “Arrears
configuration successfully 50 PPO out of 115”

Case 3: Report will be displayed on clicking all the Total configured PPO, Seven
pay arrears configuration & remaining PPO No in same screen. User can export
data into .PDF & .xls format.

Case 4: PPO Wise
Enter the PPO in text box and Click the Config Button for Configuration and
wait for Configuration status alert.

For checking effect arrear amount, open ppo and go to payment details tab
and check below highlighted text field.
(Note: Showing amount in PPO is Arrears Calculate 1st Installment)

Step 2: 7th PC Arrears Calculation report by Auditor
Auditor Login: Please login through respective Auditor Login from below mentioned
path.
Current Path : Pension Report > Pension Payment > Other Report > Seventh Pay
Arrear Statement.
To check 36 months entry from 1-1-2016 to 31-01-2018,go to above showing
path.
Step 3: Select the bank & branch Or enter PPO no which is already configured through
utility and click Arrear report button.
Note: User please note that the PPO where configured by Auditor login only
those PPO will be generate there reports (i.e On select Auditor Configured
button)

Step 4: Report will be generate as below screen.
Step 5: If we wish to print the generated report then click PrintD button.
