Greetings of peace and prosperity!

I am respectfully expressing my intent to apply for Teacher VI reclassification in the Division of


Lanao del Norte.

I am Onaira E. Dimasangcay, 31 years old, serving as a Elementary Teacher at Dimayon


Elementary School as Teacher 1 for 6 years and recently promoted as Teacher III. I obtained
my Bachelor of elementary Education from St. Peter’s College, Iligan City on March 30,
2015, and my Master of Education major in Educational Management on October 2019.

With my academic preparation, professional growth, and dedication to teaching, I believe I am


qualified and capable of carrying greater responsibilities as a Teacher VI. I am committed to
upholding the standards of quality education and contributing to the continued success of our
division.

I am earnestly hoping for your favorable consideration of my application. Enclosed herewith are
my pertinent documents for your review.
