Instructions for students during HSC Board Online form filling process
For Feb-March 2026
All HSC students (12 B Arts) are informed that the online
board form-filling process will be conducted on Wednesday, 17th
September 2025, in the 3rd-floor computer labs (T3 & T4) at 5:00
p.m.
The reporting time is 4:45 p.m. sharp.
Latecomers will not be allowed inside the lab and will be sent back
home. Please note that only one day will be allotted for filling the
online forms.
Students must keep the following documents ready:
• Photocopy of Std. 10 Marksheet
• Photocopy of Std. 11 Marksheet
• Photocopy of School Leaving Certificate
• Photocopy of Aadhaar Card
• Two passport-size photographs (white background)
• LD Students: copy of LD Certificate & UDID Card
• Photocopy of Bank Passbook (first page of
student’s/parent’s account) showing Account Number &
IFSC Code (Compulsory Board Requirement)
• AAPAR ID Number
• Soft copy of face photo & signature (JPG format, file size
not exceeding 15-20 MB) stored on your phone.
1. Please check the schedule below for the online form-filling
process. After completing the online form, students must pay
₹100/- in cash next day at the college office immediately.
Ensure you carry all required documents. Submit photocopies
and the completed HSC Board form to the teachers after you
complete the online form-filling process.

on the notice board outside the computer lab. Please also check your class
group. You will need to enter that number for the online process.
• Students, please keep your photo and signature in JPG format (15–20
MB).
• Carry your filled form and other required documents.
• Carry 2 passport-size photographs.
• Private candidates, repeaters, LD students, and eligibility students must
follow the schedule.
• Science stream students applying for subject changes will complete their
online form-filling once HSC Board approval is received.
