I am applying seeking consideration in your Institution having in mind that your institution is an
ideal place to use my strong knowledge of the industry and my exceptional customer service and
leadership skills.

Your company seeks to meet customers' requests while providing the best experience that is the
highlight of an individual's day. My past experience as a customer care representative have given
me strong customer service experience and allowed me to learn how to work with different types
of people and understand how to best meet there needs. In this role, I learned customer's
preferences and always worked to anticipate their needs and required services. I set goals to
ensure that all the maintenance of the files and documents were organized and readily available.

I have also spent the last several weeks in an incredible office setting at Garden City Mall that
has equipped me with the leadership skills, customer service, behavioral and mindset skills
necessary to be successful in this position. I also learned how to understand customers and there
needs, addressing customers questions and concerns, creating a positive and productive store
environment and preventing loss of documents and files. I believe my past skills and experiences
qualify me for this role.

I would love a chance to grow on your team to learn even more about development within your
organization. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you if you feel I would be a strong
